Clearing the Way Home

. . . an organizer's practicality

. . . a pastor's sensitivity

. . . a mediator's skill

Since 2010, I have been organizing professionally.  My approach is direct:  declutter, simplify, organize.  However, I realize the path to organization is not usually easy or simple.

As a self-proclaimed “recovering clutterer”, I understand first hand that the initial steps are often the most difficult for a chronically disorganized person.  My goal is to reach out with empathy and meet you where you are in your journey to a more organized lifestyle.

Beginning with focused conversation, I guide you to identify best practices that can be easily managed and are sustainable for your lifestyle.  I help you clarify your priorities while navigating layers of belongings and emotions.

I enjoy living in the Nashville area, with the richness of natural beauty, artistic expression, and diverse community. Especially, I am glad to be part of groups that increase our community’s sustainability through ecological and lifestyle shifts, enriching local neighborhoods and regional life. Volunteering in the Underground Art Studio at the Oasis Youth Center is one of my great joys.

I welcome the opportunity to know you!  Together, we will clear the way to a more peaceful home, a challenging process and encouraging journey!

Caring, compassionate, a calming presence – these are just a few of the many characteristics of Susan Gardner that I revere. Susan’s gift for listening and ability to offer perspective and guidance make her an endearing confidant. Bringing peace to the lives of others is truly Susan’s passion.
